Attending Registration

Author - Full Paper Submission

As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on OTEE2025, orally or poster exhibition. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline. Conference package; Conference materials; 15 Minutes presentation time; Paper be published into the conference proceedings.

Presenter Only

As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on OTEE2025, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Conference package; Conference materials; 15 Minutes presentation time.

Listener Registration

As Listener, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published. Conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); Conference materials.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* Before the conference: 70% of payment refund
* After Submission deadline but before the conference: 50% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund will be provided.
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
Please note that the organizing committee reserves the right to modify the dates and location of the conference in the case of force majeure. In such circumstances, any losses incurred due to force majeure events will not be the liability of the organizing committee, and the refund policy will not be applicable.

Attention!

* The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.
